Had stored at this place. On first arrival the turnstile gate was wide open, parked up at reception then was given a site map by a member of staff. I was then freely allowed to look at site on my own at the spaces . I was warned by a member of staff 'that there is charging wild dear on site so was then told to stay in between caravans or motorhomes if the wild dear approached' I assumed that caravans are replaceable then humans are not!!. The site is an ex - military base where buildings have been demolished making it severely cragged, uneven, lopsided, rutted and many potholes in places. I called my partner to meet me at the site and they did going through the always open gate. And this is the best bit my partner parked in customer car parking unchallenged by security!!!!. A very smug face on the security guard on. I did say 'it was high security with manned security (I guess not!!!). 🤔 Snide, satirical, caustic, sarky, haughty, condescending & uppity staff!!!! 😮😕🤔

I kept my caravan here for a couple of years, and had no problems at all. The staff are helpful, and the security arrangements seem effective. It's accessed through a narrow lane 500m long, so I always dreaded meeting another rig coming the other way, but I must say it never actually happened.
