Do not use this firm (Melbourne office) for wills/probate. It took two formal complaints and nearly two years to settle my mother's very simple estate. A frustrating and deeply distressing experience. Avoid them if you can.

Very poor. Did not listen to my concerns regarding my case and insisted on sending more emails instead of taking the matter to court sooner. Felt like they were milking me for money with the excess emails. They have now left me high and dry with a court case a month away and looking for another solicitors.
