We wasted weeks pursuing a front door with this company. They were slow with responses but never indicated that they didn’t want the job. They came to measure, quoted and discussed details. Only when I chased the promised invoice to get the order placed did they tell me we were out of their ‘normal catchment’ (30-40 mins away). Now I have to start all over with another company and winter is knocking at the door! Very disappointing!
