Charlie came this morning to service my boiler. Found one or two problems with how the boiler system had been installed after building work and flagged them up to me otherwise I would never have known there was a problem. Would certainly recommend this company.

Basically a boiler service but several other issues which Charlie explained very clearly and arranged for them to be resolved. Absolutely no complaints. Very pleased with my new plumber.

Excellent service. Contacted over a weekend. Was able to visit and diagnose the problem on the Monday and obtain required parts and fit within a few days. Whenever we have used the Heating Experts we have had a first class service with high quality work carried out.

I recently moved into a property which was in need of a full central heating system upgrade. From the guidance given in planning the system, to the installation itself, Paul, Heath and Charlie were professional and knowledgeable. Their skill and attention to detail is second to none and I would highly recommend them.

Paul and the team were recommended to me by a family member after they had a really positive experience with them- I can honestly say they have been the loveliest tradesmen we have ever used! Highly recommend them! From start to finish Paul kept in touch with us (even before we even knew what the problem with our boiler was, he patiently talked me through the steps to try to get us some warm water to last until they could come out to us). We needed a new boiler amongst a few other complications and the team worked solidly from the first thing in the morning until late in the evening to get the work done so we had heat and water back again. Despite the job taking double the time for them, they still ensured they completed it perfectly and nearly instead of taking the easy routes to just connect it and go to the next job as many do. Heath was a pleasure to have in the house and worked so neatly, tidying up until everywhere was spotless each day. Charlie was fantastic explaining the new thermostat, checking the gas and explaining how things worked. After the job, Paul even came over to teach us how it all worked with our heating system and how to trouble shoot in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to these guys again and again in the future, highly recommend them. Thank you all so much for your hard work! We are lovely and toasty again!

We have been dealing with Paul and his team for more than 5 years during which our boiler has been serviced with timely reminders and other minor work has been carried out very satisfactorily. We've used The Heating Expert for our central heating, boiler maintenance & plumbing for several years now. The service has always been prompt, high quality and very reasonably priced. They are always courteous and will go into detail to explain any work needing doing as well as following up later to make sure all work was done to your satisfaction. On this occasion, I noticed a leak from the boiler last night and also realised it was due for a full service. I messaged Paul this morning and luckily Charlie was able to come the same day and replace several faulty parts as well as carry out the full boiler service. I know they can't guarantee that sort of turnaround every single time but I also know from my previous dealings that they will make every effort to fit you in ASAP. I should really give them more than a 5 star review as I owe them for the previous times I didn't get around to doing one (all of which would have been 5 stars)! Service: Heating system repair
